6 Rules of Engagement
Safety
Safety is the #1 Rule
Up-to-date vaccinations, not attending while sick, using protection, not bringing or using drugs, not arriving intoxicated, and respecting others’ boundaries are of the utmost important to keep the time safe and enjoyable. Remember, no means no.
Discretion
This is a private space and time that must be respected.
Photos, videos, and audio recordings are explicitly forbidden. You must not discuss the group members outside of the group. If you would like to meet with a fellow attendee to make such content or take things further, please do so between each other. I will not be sharing contact info across members.
Positivity
Have fun and enjoy yourself.
Good vibes only for the meetup. If you find yourself not enjoying the time and space, please remove yourself from the environment and email me to let me know your concerns or suggestions.
Respect
Keep the space clean and sanitary.
Good hygiene and respect for the spaces we are in ensures we can continue to host these meetups in the future. Clean up any spills or fluids, respect the furniture and fixtures, and treat the space like you would your own.
Contribute
Cash is preferred.
Hosting these meetups may cost money for a hotel room, refreshments, and or other items. Members will be asked to contribute based on attendance. All funds will be used for the meetup or additional meetups in the future.
Travel Light
Your personal items are your responsibility.
It is encouraged that you travel light and do not bring toys, equipment, or any items that would not fit in a drawstring bag. This helps keep the space clear for activities and your items safe.
